Women's Division Update

It's an exciting year to be paddling in Victoria.

Registration for the 2013 Canada Dry Victoria Dragon Boat Festival is at an all-time high - there are currently 54 teams registered in total, including a record-breaking 22 teams registered in the Women's Division! 

The Women's Division has been expanded to 24 teams, following the early interest for 2013 and the sell-out year in 2012.  There is still one space available in the Women's Division, but this will fill quickly.  

If you miss the last spot don't despair - Women's teams registering once all spaces in this division have been filled will be registered in the Mixed Division and waitlisted for a Women's space. Additional women’s spaces may be considered with sufficient interest!

One of the best things about racing in Victoria is that the crowds are so into the action. With the Canada Dry Victoria Dragon Boat Festival taking place right in the Inner Harbour, thousands of locals and tourists join in the action to cheer on the teams.
