Registration for the 2013 Canada Dry Victoria Dragon Boat Festival has been open since January 1, and already 48 teams have signed up to compete. There are only 2 spaces remaining in the Women's Division, and only 90 spaces in total for this year's festival. Remember, you don't need to have a full roster today in order to secure your space
